Pneumatic lifts PP

APPLICATION
Pneumatic lifts are designed for lifting and lowering of weights with the size corresponding to the nominal lifting capacities within their strokes. The pneumatic lifts can be used as power units (servo-motors) in other plant.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The working motion of the piston rod (lifting) takes place due to the filling of the cylinder chamber with compressed air on the piston rod side. The backword motion of the piston (lowering) takes place at the equalized pressure on both sides of the piston due to the difference of the forces resulted from the lesser active surface of the piston on the piston rod side. The piston rod motions are controlled by a control valve. Lifting and lowering is carried out smoothly and to any required height within the stroke limit of the given hoist. The air outflow to the atmosphere is silent due to the installation of a special noise suppressor in the control valve body.
