Vibrating screens PWEW

APPLICATION
The vibrating screens PWEW are designed for the screening of moulding sand knocked-out from moulds. They may also be applied for the screening of moulding materials in the process of moulding sand preparation, as well as other loose materials with the granulation of 0-80 mm and moisture up to 8%. Vibrating screens are envisaged in the mechanized moulding sand conditioning plants or other technological lines. we make screens with a capacity of 10-100 m3 / h.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Moulding sand is fed into the vibrating riddle of the screen. On account of the vibration of the moulding sand particles, the ones lesser from the sieve mesh, fall through into the trough as minus mesh, while the rest is directed as plus mesh into the riddle chute.The shifting of the moulding sand along the sieve and the run-off of the plus mesh into the chute is possible due to the oriented action of the exciting force. The vibratin of the riddle is generated by elektrovibratorsmounted on its structure.
