Rotary self-aligning crushers KWW

APPLICATION
Rotary self-aligning crushers are designed for crushing of moulding sands, liquid self-hardening sandmix as well as core sands after they are knocked out of the casting moulds.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Crushing of the batch takes place between two rolls rotating with different peripheral speeds in opposite directions. The rolls are driven by motoreducers. The side surfaces of the rolls with thresholds welded on them constitute a standard work. At your request, we also produce plain-barrelled rolls or grooved ones. The rolls with individual drives are mounted on rockers. The pressure on the rolls is gravitational.
