Bucket conveyors PK

Application
Bucket conveyors are designed for vertical transport of loose materials - from the lower level to the upper one - especially in foundries for the transport of molding materials. They are of the centrifugal type, with mid-deep and deep buckets. The pulling element is a band tie. Depending on the moisture content of the transferred molding materials in bucket conveyors, two types of buckets are used: for dry materials - ordinary buckets and for moist and wet materials - buckets with a movable bottom. The bucket conveyors have two types of drives: stationary and suspended. Depending on local conditions, each type of drive can be located on the right or left side of the conveyor.
